Simon Heath, CEO of World Productions — the company behind Line of Duty and Karen Pirie — has confirmed that members of his team are interested in bidding for Doctor Who once the BBC formally puts the show out to tender, though he stressed no decision has been made and the tender process itself has yet to be announced.
