Summary
As Lumic’s Cyber-conversion program spreads across the parallel London, the Doctor joins the resistance movement led by Ricky’s group to sabotage the emotion-inhibiting signal controlling the newly created Cybermen. With Lumic transformed into the malevolent Cyber-Controller and thousands more citizens facing forced conversion at a massive unveiling event, the Doctor must find a way to free the Cybermen’s suppressed emotions and turn the tide before the parallel world is lost entirely.
