Summary
Searching for the missing Martha after she is abducted upon arrival in New New York, the Doctor finds himself trapped in an endless, perpetually gridlocked motorway populated by commuters who have been driving in an eternal traffic jam for years, unaware of the truth hidden above them. As the Doctor uncovers the tragic origins of the gridlock and a deadly infection lurking within the smog-choked lower levels, he must guide the commuters toward freedom while confronting painful memories of his past on Gallifrey.
