Summary

Stranded on present-day Earth after the Master’s escape, the Doctor, Martha, and Jack discover their old enemy has spent years infiltrating human society under the guise of Harold Saxon, newly elected Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. As Saxon’s true, monstrous plan is unveiled on a global stage, the Master seizes total control of Earth, leaving the Doctor and his companions on the run and Martha forced into hiding across a conquered planet.
