Sixth Doctor actor Colin Baker spoke to Christel Dee on The Whoniverse Show about the long wait for Doctor Who’s return, comparing today’s largely supportive fanbase to the protective dragons of Game of Thrones. Baker said he doesn’t expect an eleven-year gap before the show is back, and voiced confidence that the BBC’s ongoing competitive tender process will bring in fresh creative voices.
