Summary

With Dalek Sec having merged with a human to become a strange new hybrid, factions form within the surviving Cult of Skaro as the traditionalist Daleks turn against their transformed leader’s growing sympathy toward humanity. As lightning-based technology threatens to complete a mass conversion of the captured humans into an army of Human Daleks, the Doctor must exploit the fractures between the warring Dalek factions to prevent the destructive plan from succeeding.
